退換政策
由於鮮花的保質期有限，我們無法提供一般退貨服務。但如果您對收到的花束不滿意，我們承諾為你解決問題。
退款條件
在以下情況下，我們將提供全額退款或免費更換：
- 花束嚴重損壞或與訂單描述明顯不符
- 送貨延誤超過 3 小時導致花束品質受損
- 收到的花束與訂單內容不符（如數量、顏色、品種錯誤）
申請退款流程
- 請在收貨後 24 小時內透過 WhatsApp 或電郵聯絡我們
- 提供清晰的花束照片作為證明
- 我們的客服團隊會在 2 小時內回覆並跟進處理
- 確認退款後，款項將於 5-7 個工作天內退回至您的付款帳戶
請注意：如因收貨人提供的地址錯誤或無人收貨而導致的損壞，恕不受理退款申請。
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. However, if your bouquet arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will provide a full refund or replacement. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
